SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATION – No. 2010 / 1

SR 10.30 Following a decision made at the BSPA MC on 16th March, the BSPA made a request to temporarily amend this Regulation.

The following is therefore effective from today’s date until 14th May 2010.
10.30.1 For all Elite and Premier League Competitions:
Any of the following types may be used:

Akrapovic (FIM TRS 2010/05)
JRM (Jawa) types (FIM TRS 95.01, FIM TRS 95.02 and FIM TRS 95.03) **
King DKS F95 WGMJ (FIM TRS 95.04) **
King (FIM TRS 2010/11)
Prodrive 115 (FIM TRS 2010/09)

** The Manufacturer’s date stamp must be 2005 or later

The Regulation with effect from 15th May 2010 will be as follows:

10.30.1 For all Elite and Premier League Competitions:
Only the following types may be used

Akrapovic (FIM TRS 2010/05); King (FIM TRS 2010/11); Prodrive 115 (FIM TRS 2010/09).

There is no change whatsoever to SR 10.30.2

10.30.2 For all National League Competitions:
Those as required for EL & PL competitions plus for 2010 only any of the following, provided the Manufacturers date stamp is 2005 or later, JRM (Jawa) types (FIM TRS 95.01, FIM TRS 95.02 and FIM TRS 95.03) and King DKS F95 WGMJ (FIM TRS 95.04).
